Daily Inspiration – Black and White

I’ve never been a huge fan of black and white, I use it in some pictures but a lot of times I still get impress about the power, the energy it can give to a photo.

Daily Inspiration – Objects

Been thinking for a couple of days what to shoot next. I’m creating different images with different objects and different types of light.

So I went out the web to search for some inspiration, and I found some really good images. I hope they will inspire you to grab your camara today.

Reese Witherspoon for Vogue

For the May 2011 issue of Vogue, photographer Peter Lindbergh pulled out all the stops, bringing one of today’s biggest modern day movie stars to the circus!

Promoting her new movie, Water for Elephants where Reese acts with Robert Pattinson.

Mix Reese Witherspoon, Dolce&Gabbana dresses, Peter Lindbergh and an elephant and you that’s what you are getting: beautiful pictures of Resse where in most of them the elephant seems more comfortable than her. Must be the shoes.

Although the light and the colors of the images are not that bad, Peter Lindbergh always makes a good job with lights.

Tainted Love

I was looking for some daily inspiration around the web and found the last work of an amazing photographer: Mario Peña.

He created this series, Tainted Love, after a year of his debut.

– The inspiration for the story comes from two sources, an interesting love story that I had in NY, and the song “If I Had A Heart” by Fever Ray.

Snowing In New York

Last week it snowed a lot in New York, in one sunday the whole city turned whiter and whiter.

I took several pictures the same sunday at night of the streets near my place, and took a photographic trip around New York next morning to see and capture how was the city.

There is still plenty of snow on the streets, but is melting a little each day.

Enjoy the images!

What’s the story Morning Glory¿?

New Portraits pictures, the light was really diffuse and she was been working for a couple of hours, so we sit on the set and started taking pictures. I never worked with this background and in black and white it actually worked pretty well.

Yikes

Been really busy the last few weeks, so I wasn’t able to upload the last photo shoots I did. I’m working on my new webpage, hope it will be finished soon.

Let me introduces to you Elerrey. I liked to work with her because she has a strong personality and marked expression that I found fits perfectly with her red hair.

As always, thanks for stopping by and don’t hestiate on leaving comments! 🙂

Still Life Photographer – Normichi Inoguchi

It’s been a while since I didn’t post about a photographer. Is not that I stopped looking through others people pictures, is just maybe that anyone I found really impressed me.

Normally I post things when I found something on the internet that really amazes me, and I just wanted to share it with the world or in my case the few people that follow my blog.

This photographer has gained the amazing award.
